Western Bible Conference Coming Soon!

The Salvation Army’s Western Bible Conference is open for registration.
WBC is your summer retreat for spiritual awakening and encouragement. You’ll be blessed by Bible teaching, preaching and wonderful Christian fellowship as the Western Territory gathers together again at the 2010 Western Bible Conference, from Saturday, August 21 through Thursday, August 26.

Open House this Saturday

We’re having an Open House this Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., and we’d like a couple of volunteers to help represent Kroc Church to all of our guests.
You’d have to be willing to be polite, answer questions and show our guests the human side of Kroc Church.

The big Bunco game is now a quarterly gig, so you’ll want to come to the October game or you’ll have to wait until 2010!
Bunco is a fast-past, exciting game played with regular game board dice. Ouronly guarantee is that you can’t possibly get bored – and that three people will walk away with prizes. That’s right, a prize for scoring the most “Buncos”, a prize for the most wins and even a prize for the most losses.
No experience necessary. Even the numbskullest of numbskulls can learn the game in about three minutes! So come on – give us an RSVP and come have a night out!

Spring Food Drive Launching Soon!

We can all be a part of the greater ministry throughout the Kroc Center, and this is just one of many easy ways to do it.
This is our home base, our primary place of ministry to others in our local communities. To serve others with gifts of necessity is a blessing unto itself. We are collecting donations of nonperishable foods during church on April 26, May 3, May 10 and May 17.
Some ideas:
• Dry cereals
• Powdered milk
• Boxed juices
• Canned meats (tuna, chicken)
• Pudding cups
• Crackers
• Canned vegetables and fruits
• Peanut Butter and Jelly
• No glass containers, please!
Open Call: Territorial Worship Arts Retreat

The annual Western Territory Worship Arts Retreat is scheduled for February 20-22, 2009.
Registration is underway now; interested applicants should download the application below and submit to Captain John Van Cleef at your earliest possible convenience.
